What instruments can I take lessons for?

Can beginners take lessons?
  • Yes, absolutely.
  • We welcome everyone from complete beginners to intermediate and advanced students.
  • Lessons are tailored to your music experience and English level, so you can feel at ease.
Do I need to have my own instrument?
  • For trial and consultation lessons, you can participate without an instrument.
  • For regular lessons, we recommend bringing your own instrument for more effective practice.
Can I decide the lesson content myself?
  • Yes.
  • You can discuss and decide the content with your teacher based on your goals, such as playing techniques, song practice, music theory, improvisation, and English communication through music.
Can I change teachers?
  • Yes, you can.
  • You can freely choose a teacher for each lesson.
  • There is no obligation to continue with a specific teacher.

Booking & Lesson Schedule

How do I book a lesson?
  • All lesson bookings can be easily made online.
  • Select a teacher
  • Choose lesson content
  • Select date and time from calendar
  • Enter required information and make payment
  • You will receive a booking confirmation email
  • After booking, the teacher will send you the Zoom lesson link.
How long are the lessons?
  • Lessons are conducted in 30-minute or 60-minute sessions.
  • The lesson start time includes a brief audio and connection check.
  • We recommend joining Zoom 5 minutes before the start time.
How many lessons can I take per day?
  • There is no limit on the number of lessons.
  • You can book multiple lessons depending on teacher availability.
Are there set times when I can take lessons?
  • You can take lessons at any time when the teacher has availability.
  • The times shown on the booking calendar are available slots.

Cancellation & Changes

How do I cancel a lesson?

You can cancel by replying to the booking confirmation email or by contacting us directly via email.

Are there cancellation fees?
  • Yes. Cancellation fees vary depending on timing.
  • More than 72 hours before lesson start: No cancellation fee
  • 72-48 hours before start: Rescheduling only (no refund)
  • Within 24 hours of lesson start: 100% of lesson fee applies
  • ※Please note that we do not provide refunds.
Can I reschedule a lesson?
  • Rescheduling is possible up to 48 hours before the lesson start time.
  • Rescheduling is limited to once per booking, and any further changes will be treated as cancellation (no refund).
What happens if the teacher doesn't show up?
  • If the lesson cannot be conducted due to the teacher's circumstances or technical issues,
  • we will provide a full refund or rescheduling.
  • In such cases, please contact us through the contact form.

Before & During Lessons

What should I prepare before the lesson?
  • Please check the following:
  • Stable internet connection
  • Zoom app installation
  • Camera, microphone, and speaker (or headphones) functionality check
  • Join Zoom 5 minutes before lesson start
  • If you cannot attend due to your environment, refunds are not available.
Can I contact the teacher before the lesson?
  • Yes.
  • You can contact the teacher directly by replying to the booking confirmation email.
What happens if the connection becomes unstable during the lesson?
  • If the connection issue is on your side, refunds are not available.
  • If the lesson cannot be conducted due to issues on the teacher's side, we will provide a refund or rescheduling.
Can I record the lesson?
  • We generally do not record lessons.
  • Recording may be possible with the teacher's permission and depending on your environment.

Zoom & Technical Support

Can I take lessons on smartphones or tablets?
  • Yes.
  • We support smartphones, tablets, and computers that can use Zoom.
I'm worried about using Zoom. Is that okay?
  • Yes, don't worry.
  • The teacher will provide basic operation support at the start of the lesson.
  • We also recommend checking the 'How to Use Zoom' page in advance.
Can I change my Zoom display name?
  • Yes.
  • You can change it at any time, either before or after joining.

Pricing & Payment

How much do lessons cost?
  • Pricing is as follows:
  • 30-minute lesson: ¥5,500
  • 60-minute lesson: ¥11,000
  • 4-lesson package: ¥21,000
  • 20-minute trial/consultation lesson: ¥2,000
  • ※All prices include tax.
What payment methods are available?
  • We accept credit card payments (Stripe).
  • It's a secure online payment system, so you can use it with confidence.
Can I get a receipt?
  • Yes.
  • You can use the Stripe payment completion screen/email as a receipt.
  • If you need a separate receipt, please contact us through the contact form.
Do lesson packages have an expiration date?
  • Yes.
  • Lesson packages must be used within 90 days from the purchase date.
Can I share a package with someone else?
  • No.
  • Lesson packages can only be used by the purchaser.

Can I take lessons even if I'm not good at English?
  • Yes, that's fine.
  • Lessons are conducted at a comfortable pace according to your English level.
  • The content allows you to naturally encounter English through music.
Can children take lessons?
  • Yes.
  • There is no age limit.
  • For young children, parents can also attend.
Is this for people aiming to study abroad or work overseas?
  • Yes.
  • The content is also suitable for those aiming to study abroad or pursue music activities overseas,
  • and you can develop both practical English communication skills and music skills.
Are there flat-rate plans or long-term contracts?
  • No.
  • There are no monthly plans or long-term contracts, and you can book freely according to your schedule.
