Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To ensure fairness to our teachers and smooth scheduling, the following policy applies.
Cancellation
- More than 72 hours before the lesson: No charge. Refund or reschedule available.
- 72–48 hours before the lesson: No refund. One reschedule permitted.
- Within 24 hours of the lesson or no-show: No refund or reschedule.
Rescheduling
- Each lesson may be rescheduled once only.
- Requests must be made at least 48 hours before the lesson start time.
- Additional changes are treated as cancellations.
Teacher Cancellations
If the teacher is unable to conduct the lesson, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
Student Technical Issues
Lessons cannot be refunded or rescheduled due to technical issues on the student's side.
